Well, long story short, Elorai is one of the Human scientists that founded "Capital City", one of the cities that Humanity had created after they nearly destroyed Magic 0_0, her main goal is to find a suitable substitute for Magic, and get rid of the "Avarus" (Magical anomalies, and former corrupted living beings), so then she created the "Project Morphilis" to find an artificial source of Magic.
